Passion For Homebiz
When I started my internet business three months ago by joining the pluginprofitsite I wasn´t aware of the fact which kind of a huge global market I had tapped into.Fighting the overall common information overload of a newbie and trying to stay focussed I learned as much as I possibly could to be able to get the big picture.
My passion for working from home had awakened to my own surprise almost overnight and had exploded like wildfire into my daily activities. My whole life changed. I was determined to make this work whatever it might take. I was ready to sacrifice my time, my money and my energy. Funny thing was that all of a sudden I had strength and I knew it was the right thing I was doing. I trusted myself on this and failure was not part of my plan.
A few things went wrong, of course and I had to pay for it. My autoresponder account at aweber was terminated without prior warning because of a few spamming complaints. And I lost a six months worth subscription right after 3 weeks.
But I decided to wander a new path other than wasting my valuable time in pursuing matters that were already lost. Yes, time management is a very important factor if you want to be effective with your work.
Every day you have to make decicions about what to do and what not. It´s very easy to get distracted and hung up on technical problems. It always helped me to get back to the big picture and I took notes every day what I had spent my time with.
My experience was that with every day in business it became clearer to me how I wanted my business to be and which tasks were most important to be taken care of in order to make progress. And that´s what a business should do: Make progress.
I want to build a team of passionate `homebizzers´ on a global scale. I want to learn from those guys who already live up to their expectations and I want to pass on the knowledge to those who come after me. My mentor earns money when I earn money and I earn money when I build a team under me and they build a team under them, these are the basics of MLM. A great opportunity.
As an affiliate the most important thing to do is drive traffic to your affilate gateways and thereare quite a few different methods to choose from such as traffic exchanges, PPC, posting in forums, ezine ads, blog, email marketing, submitting a site to the search engines, exchanging links, JVs and article writing. Some of them are free and some aren´t but all have one thing in common. Success doesn´t come overnight. It takes a while to figure out how things work and to find the method that one enjoys doing the most.
In the beginning it´s always kind of hard because everything is new and collecting the knowledge required brings frustration sometimes. When frustration or disappointment arises one should be immediately aware where this state of mind is going to lead you. In my experience my energy tends to go down, negative thoughts come up and feelings of uncertainty or fear of failure prevail.
These moments occur in everybody´s life once in a while and in business maybe more often. It is immensely important to watch the mind and where it wants to take you. You might not want to go on that road but it seems like you can´t help it sometimes.
That´s not true. You can! Just try this little experiment: Close your eyes for a few minutes and watch your thoughts and feelings that arise within you. Stay aloof though don´t get involved. After a while you´ll notice that something changes or has changed. You have brought awareness to the process - it´s like bringing light into a dark room -and everything changes.
The negative feelings might have gone or are changing, you might realize while you are watching your thoughts and feelings that you feel more calm and quiet than before and the mind has loosened it´s grip. There are a whole bunch of interesting things going on inside you.
The best way to deal with these kind of situations is either giving as little attention as possible to the distracting thoughts and feelings or if they are too persistent and bothering just take a few minutes break and give it all your attention - just watching, doing nothing. Then you can go back to work.
Once you´ve gained watching experience and got to know yourself better it´s much easier to manage your own mind and decide for yourself which mindset is right for you.
The mindset of an entrepreneur is like an arrow, always aiming at progress and improvement. He is in charge of everything and if he fails the responsibility is all his. Strength and trust in himself will help him rise over weakness, uncertainty and fear.

Keys to Success - A Focused Mind, Body and Spirit
Appreciating your success is a major factor in achieving satisfaction from all your hard work. A lack of integration of mind, body, and spirit can lead to less desirable outcomes. In other words, if you are not really taking good care of yourself it is very difficult to celebrate your successful accomplishments, and may in fact, sabotage your success.
If you do not have your mind, your body, and your spirit in proper alignment, you will not find satisfaction in your success.
Your mental attitude is a huge factor in accomplishing your goals and appreciation of your success. Negativity, anxiety, depression, stress, feeling overwhelmed, irritability, communication problems, substance abuse, and even memory retention can be serious challenges when your mind is not in focus. Any and all of these symptoms will sabotage your path toward success. They can also ruin your celebration of accomplishment. You can minimize the negative challenges by increasing your awareness regarding your habitual response to stress and then developing your stress management skills. You can increase your productivity and enhance your performance by ridding yourself of unnecessary stress.
The connection between your mind and your body has long been acknowledged. If you do not care properly for your body, you will create situations and responses that will distract your mind from the focus attention you require to build long-term success. Though self-care of your body requires time and energy, this will be re-paid many times over by health, focus, improved energy, and the fewer distractions that your body will create. “There is no place for an anxious mind in a relaxed body.” (Edmond Jacobson said in the 1920’s as he developed Jacobson’s Progressive Relaxation Training.)
The most interesting connection is that by learning to take better care of your mind and your body, you will connect in positive way with your spirit. Pain and anxiety can keep you from experiencing your spirit. When your spirit is strong you are more tolerant and accepting, even of yourself. Your passion for your life can be amplified. Your life can find better balance and so you are less a victim to internal and external distractions. With the positive connections of mind, body and spirit, you can achieve greater productivity with less effort and discomfort.
Since these factors are all interrelated and you can learn to minimize the negative and enhance the positive, you will find your successes can flourish and satisfy you.
Consider your deeply held values and find goals that will lead to successes that feed your spirit and create extra treasures in your life. More in our next related articles.
How to Prioritize Your Work
Regardless of whether you are a student, work at home mom, a web designer, or a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, prioritizing your work is critical to your success. Failing to prioritize your work load usually results in being extremely inefficient and extremely stressed out. How many times have you thought to yourself “I have so much to do today, how am I ever going to get it all done?”
There is no exact science to prioritizing, but there are several tips that should help you become a more efficient, less stressed version of your current self:
- Make a list – this may seem obvious but you’d be surprised at how many people try to organize their tasks in their head. You’ll often find that you feel a lot better just getting everything out so that you can see it in one place.
- Consider time constraints – what absolutely needs to get done today and what can wait until tomorrow or next week. Everything may be important eventually, but some things are more important now.
- Consider people constraints – all things equal, move things that other people are waiting on to the top of the list. If you know that your manager can’t finish his proposal without your part, that’s more important than the thing that you always do on Wednesday that could just as well be done on Thursday.
- Consider the consequences – are you going to get fired if you don’t do something? Is another task going to give you the inside track on that promotion? Those things should be more important than mildly inconveniencing the sales manager by responding to their email a day late.
- Re-prioritize as necessary – let’s face it, priorities change. As they do, update your list. It will give you a sense of control over the situation.
- Remove unimportant items – is there something on your list that you always push to the bottom and never end up doing? Then get it off the list. It doesn’t belong there.
- Don’t list EVERYTHING – only list crucial tasks. You don’t need to list routine tasks (like lunch) or menial tasks (like checking your email). Also, you’re going into too much detail if you put down prioritizing as a task.
- Do everything you can to keep your list small – this means saying NO sometimes. You are not other people’s gopher. Do your work and help other people with theirs when you have something to offer, but don’t do their work for them. Along the same lines, learn to delegate things to the people that are supposed to be doing them. Why book your plane tickets when you have an assistant for that?

We take your pen and paper list and turn it into a live list that can be edited at any time from any place in the world. How To Fail At Time Management Through Procrastination And Just Plain Laziness
For most people time management can be very difficult. Effective time management begins with understanding what needs to be done and then knowing how much time you have to do it. Everyone knows what needs to be done, but most of us fail to turn our thoughts into action.
Why?
Could it be procrastination or just plain laziness?
Probably not, successful time management depends on understanding what you are doing with your time each and every day. Managing your time more effectively will allow you to accomplish your tasks more quickly and bring you closer to your goals. Take the time each day to think about what needs to be done, and then do something about it!
Tips For Successful Time Management
1. Know exactly what you want in life. It is so easy for people to spend a whole day working and then accomplish nothing of any real value. Ask yourself, “What exactly am I trying to accomplish here?” If you do not define your goals and figure out your destination, then how will you know when you have arrived?
2. Complete one task at a time. Once you begin something stay with it until it is complete. A lot of time can be wasted switching tasks because you have to take time to prepare for each new task. Time can also be wasted breaking a task down into smaller tasks, just get it done! Concentrate on one thing only, get it done, and then move on. Try not to fill your mind with so many things to do that you stress yourself out and get nothing done!
3. Get busy! Most of us go through life not knowing what we want. We spend to much time in a state of “I do not know what to do”. Decide what you want and then work on getting it! Remember that most of us will lean alot more by doing than by just thinking.
4. Say No! Do not make the mistake of ignoring those who are most important, family. If you cannot say no, then you will soon find yourself pulled in to many directions. No matter how important your obligations may be, spend time with your family. Stick with your area of expertise, do what you do best, no more.
5. Set priorities. Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Every day stop and ask yourself, what do I have to do today? Focus only on those tasks that must be completed, not on what you would like to do.
6. Learn how to delegate. If you insist on handling every task yourself, not only will you not succeed but other areas of your life, such as family and health will suffer. Turn over those routine tasks to others and concentrate on those things that require your knowledge and skills.
7. Develop the habit of making decisions as soon as possible. If you cannot make a decision right away, then set aside some time when you can gather all the facts and then make the decision. Spend most of your time on action, not decision making.
8. Organize your email. If possible, answer your email right away. Try not to read it and then leave it in your inbox. Create folders and transfer the email you want to keep. Create a folder for pending emails that will need your attention later. Delete junk email right away, do not waste your time reading it.
9. How many times have you heard, “Always finish what you start?” If you made a decision in the past that is no longer providing you with the results you expect, then forget it! Move on to something else. Re-evaluate what is happening now to decide what to do next. Do not forget that failure can be your friend.
If you remember one thing, then I suggest this, do it now! When you put things off you waste alot of time because you will constantly dwell on them. Thinking and planning are important, but results come only with action.
Time management is not about giving up what you like, it is about becoming more productive and discovering more of what you already love. Refuse to spend your time where it absolutely will not give you the very best results. Invest your time only in what will pay off big!

Time Management - Part 1
How do you respond to deadlines? How would you feel if someone said “Hurry up, the clock is ticking and we’ve got to get this done!”? How well do you cope with pressure? Isn’t it amazing to notice how radically your understanding of passing time changes depending on the situation, with little association to the steady flow of time as shown on a clock.
Have you ever sat in a room with a clock on the wall that went “tick tock, tick tock” over and over and over again, until such time that you either wanted to run out of the room, or break the clock? This kind of experience is especially agonizing when you are waiting for something that you really are not looking forward to, like a cure from your dentist. In particular, when you are feeling worried you experience time distortion. In some cases like when waiting for your doctor, one minute of clock time seems to take forever. From the other hand when you are working to approach a deadline, time seems to slip away without your understanding where it went, and you are left with a question why you are accomplishing so little.
Waiting for a twenty five minutes, when that train is bringing your loved one back to you, is more difficult than getting to the train station early with your loved one and waiting twenty five minutes for the same train to take your loved one away from you. Everything is the same, nothing has changed (train, station, your loved one), only your emotional experience of “twenty five minutes” is quite different.
Time Management - Part 2
It is vitally important for everyone to understand how the fixed passage of time as measured by a clock, has nothing in common with our emotional experience of time. Always keep in mind that being under the illusion that time rules our life, we will recognize that it is our emotional experience and our mindset that decides how we react to the ticking of the clock. Control your breathing and tense your muscles and time regularly will appear to speed up. You relate to time according to your expectations of what will become obvious. Expect that you will have enough time to do everything and the clock on the wall appears to offer you a bit more time. Imagine the worst and you will have trouble keeping up.
What can you do to have a healthier perception in regard to time? The easiest thing you can do is breathe slowly and deeply. The clock on the wall appears to slow down when you will try to slow down your body clock. The other thing you can do is check in with your body. If you create a feeling of extension in your body, by aligning your posture and releasing your muscles, time will appear to expand somewhat. Moreover, you can notice your environment and extend your awareness out into the space around you. When you extend your awareness to take in the wide range of sights and sounds taking place in your local environment you will also extend your conception of time. Last but not least, realize that with any situation, you will have time tomorrow to accomplish what you were not able to accomplish today. Every single day, brings new opportunities for appreciating your life and the people you care about.
Time Managment Vs. Energy Management
Globally ,Organizations as well as individuals spend over 50 Billion US Dollars every year in books , training programs , software , and other tools related to TIME MANAGEMENT.
The single objective , I believe is to improve their productivity . In other words , convert their Time effectively into various forms of accomplishment It is difficult to comprehend why a similar stress is not being given to Personal energy management , considering the fact that it is Energy which is the basic currency for accomplishment and not Time .
In the absence of energy we will not achieve anything irrespective of the time deployed . We all know it but we take energy for granted and continue running after time .
Effective management of our ENERGY and not TIME is what will lead us to a prosperous , smooth and abundant life . On the other hand if we are struggling then we need to check out our ENERGY FLOW rather than time .Our Accomplishments primarily depend on our Energy Efficiency rather than Time Efficiency .
You cannot convert time into energy . For the simple reason that accomplishment happens only when one form of energy gets converted to another form .
It is this ignorance of energy and the blind following of Time that leads to frustration. One is not able to understand as to why their results do not commensurate to the best time mgmt techniques being applied . They keep chasing time like a cat trying to catch its tail .
It is not my intention to hit out at the TIME INDUSTRY . But I do have very strong convictions on the roles of Energy and Time in our lives . I urge the readers to mull over this .
To me , Energy is the most undervalued resource in our lives and it is high time we accord Energy its rightful place .Having said this , I do not want the reader to think that I do not value time . It would be foolishness on my part to do so . Both energy and time have their own roles to play in our lives . My issue is with the unfair treatment we all give to our personal Energy as compared to time . We take it for granted even though it is the basic currency for all accomplishment To Put , ENERGY AND TIME in perspective , Let us look at the following .
If we want to differentiate two individuals based on their achievements on the data below .
Person Accomplishment A 100 Units
B 100 Units
There is nothing choose since their accomplishment is the same .
However if we bring in the dimension of Time then the whole thing would be viewed in totally different manner . …
Person Accomplishment Time Taken A 100 Units 100 Units
B 100 Units 10 Units
In this case Person B is able to accomplish 10 times faster than Person A .
We can also say that Person B is 10 times more powerful than Person A because rate at which he accomplishes is 10 times more than Person A .
And this is where the TIME FACTOR comes .
It measures your personal power .
Like an athlete , Finally the time he takes to reach the finishing line is what will determine his power . But time is not what makes him accomplish . It is just a measure .
Six Guaranteed Ways To Use Time Management Effectively And Kill Procrastination
Ever wondered if there is a trick on how to use time effectively? The main problem with those people trying to achieve in their lives is while they appear to be busy, the results are not on the board. Sound familiar?
The Importance Of Time Management
The trick is concentrating on the end result rather than appearing to be busy. This achieves nothing and more often than not you’ll end up running around in circles chasing your tail! No one can control time but the secret is how well and how productively you use it.
For those in business, particularly the work-from-homers, the toughest part is getting going. No one is looking over their shoulders and the only person they are accountable to is themselves. This is a real problem. It’s a breeding ground for the biggest killer of people trying to use time effectively…procrastination.
How To Beat Procrastination
Using my case history as an example, as a writer, procrastination hampered my time management efforts to the point of sheer frustration. Don’t get me wrong, I love to write and have written thousands upon thousands of words.
My problem was, when I had a project to complete without a deadline attached to it, I’d get into a comfort zone and any good time management principles would fly out the window! This was bad, particularly being on my own with no one to account to.
Even though the money was good, for some reason it still wasn’t enough incentive to start punching away on my keyboard. I’d sit at my computer and surf the net or, I’d look up at the ceiling and count the vents or, I’d look out the window and try to guess what make and model car would zoom by next…frustrating!
It was procrastination at it’s worst. Other procrastination issues facing people include fear of failure, waiting for the right time, no set goals, being perfectionists or simply being overwhelmed by the task at hand. Is this you? Let’s examine some ways you can use your time effectively and bury procrastination once and for all.
Tips To Beat Procrastination
Try these time management exercises on for size!
1. Firstly, confessing to yourself you are procrastinating is vital. Simple fact is, most people know deep down they are but are still not driven enough to do something about it.
2. Appoint someone you respect enough or even fear in some respects to be accountable to. What better way than to self motivate than out of fear.
3. Check your list of things to do and prioritize. Urgent tasks go to the top. If nothing is extremely urgent, then start with something quick and small but make your next task the most unpleasant and difficult on the list. It’s like exercise. You do a short warm up to get the stiffness out of your muscles before you begin your main workout.
4. Set yourself rewards. This is a great way to use time effectively. Set small rewards during the day and one major reward at the end. I break my task into time blocks. If it’s a three hour writing job, then I’ll take a short break every hour. Also, compete against yourself in your own mind. A three hour job completed in two hours fifty minutes means you’ve got a little extra time to play with.
5. Do one more thing before you retire for the night that will give you a sense of accomplishment. You go to bed in a positive frame of mind and it’s one less task you have to do tomorrow. Be careful not to get complacent though.
6. Finally, have your accountability partner call you before the start of each work day to check you’ve completed each of your listed tasks. You’ll probably hate him/her by the end of the month but check your productivity levels and see what a difference it’s made!
Good time management is a combination of several factors but unless you have the desire to achieve deep down, then it will probably take a little more than just these time management exercises to get you going!
Home Business Remedies To Fit Your Busy Schedule
If you are pressed for time but still want to start your own home business, there are several possible solutions. Earning an Internet income doesn’t have to be stressful - it can actually be fun. If your dream is to work at home while enjoying a lucrative Internet income, read below for some home business remedies to fit your busy schedule and financial needs.
Home Business Schedule
Even with a home business you should set a certain time aside each day to work on your business. Do your best to stick with a work schedule just as you would at any other job. If you plan to work eight hours per day, let this be the limit. Don’t neglect your family and personal hobbies. You’ll need some time away from your desk and/or computer to relax and clear your thoughts. Also, remember to exercise. Working on a computer all day can be detrimental to your physical health if you neglect daily exercise.
If working a part-time schedule, keep on track with your business and lifestyle by setting aside a few hours or one whole day each week to work. You might work at another full-time job while building your home business, so keep a healthy balance between the two and don’t over-work yourself.
Save Time with an Internet Marketing Group
When working within a limited time frame, you won’t have much time to promote your home business. Working with an Internet marketing group will help relieve much of this burden. An Internet marketing group will market the business for you, provide lead generation, and in some cases, even close the sale for you.
Another benefit is you can take advantage of their call centre where they will answer your customers’ questions. With the free advertising they provide, your out-of-pocket expenses will be minimal. You’ll be able to concentrate on other aspects of your business.
Use the Products of Others to Earn an Internet Income
Selling your own products takes time and money. You have to produce a product or service and take the time to ship products or to provide your own services. There are many companies online today that will allow you to sell their products for profit. You find the customers while they fulfill the orders. From affiliate programs to MLM products and drop shipping, your opportunities are limitless online.
Time-Saving Home Business Products
If you’re thinking of selling your own products or services, choose products that require little investment and have a high profit margin. Informational products such as e-books are among the top sellers online today. E-books are downloadable so there’s nothing to print or ship. Your customers can download an e-book immediately after the purchase from an auto-response email. Once this is set up, you will be free to promote your home business. You’ll only need to update the e-book from time to time.
Other time-saving home business products include high-profit crafts or items you can make from your own home, Web services such as web design or graphic design, Internet marketing services, training materials, books, and many others.
Remember, find a home business that suits your lifestyle. Choose a business that you enjoy and use the tips above to maximize your Internet income while saving time for your personal life.
Is Multitasking Hurting You?
Have you ever been working on your computer either at work or home? At the same time you are checking email, talking on the phone, and responding to a fax? Have you ever been talking on the phone, watching television, and eating supper at the same time? How many times do you switch from task to task during the day? How about during the year? Are you getting the results that you want from that task? Is multitasking hurting you? Or is multitasking helping you?
We get flooded everyday through the media saying either at work or home to double, triple, quadruple the number of tasks we perform at one time. We see advertisements on T.V., magazines, and billboards with people talking on the phone and doing something else at the same time. It is engrained in our heads to do two tasks at once today. We see it with business people, stay at home moms, workaholics, and even high school students. Multitasking can actually be hurting you. You probably have heard this numerous times. You focus on one thing at a time and you get the best results. However, do you practice this?
Why is multitasking hurting you?
1. Your brain becomes overloaded. Therefore you work less efficiently. You work less productive. People today actually work about 50 percent of their capacity.
2. It also increases stress and anxiety levels. Multitasking over and over month after month, year after year, will take a toll on your health. It can be very harmful. It can lead to multiple health issues. Is it worth to have a heart attack?
3. You lose focus and concentration. This in return leads to less productivity and efficiency. It is a downward spiral. You lose your pace. When you lose focus and concentration you lose results. You don’t get the best results with that task.
Multitasking is like an addiction. Start focusing on one task at a time. If that challenges you take an activity you like to do and focus on that. Take small steps each day. For instance take 10 minutes the first day, 15 minutes the second day, and so on and focus on one task at a time. Just taking small steps you will gain more focus, concentration, and results on what task you are doing at that time. Focusing on one task at a time will make a huge impact in your personal and business life.
